The story of LA Tools & Service began with a departure from the industrial and craft sector. As an employee, I have - Andreas Lorenz - has only ever experienced efforts for prices, for more sales and for larger market shares.
The main thing was to make as much profit as possible.
What I rarely experience in all this and always misses Have, was the effort to better customer service. Disappointment with this state of affairs meant that I wanted to turn away from the industry back then to seek new challenges for myself. But I wasn't the only one who was dissatisfied with customer service in this industry.
Many previous customers came to me with the request to continue serving them. What was initially an opportunity for me to pursue my idea of customer service on a part-time basis became more and more popular. This is how LA Tools & Service was finally created in its current form in June 2017.
